It’s only three months since Jeoff died and I’m being asked ‘you’re not still grieving are you?’ – well yes I am. And I will until I have completed. And this is what this programme is about.

I am passionate about helping others learn to Rebuild themselves, their lives and their relationships in a way that empowers them, and gives them choices they never even knew they had.
